Teeth Straightening

We provide short term orthodontic treatments to align your teeth, fast. These systems work by moving the front teeth only and as a result most cases can be completed in 6-16 week.

We are accredited to provide a removable system, the Inman Aligner and a fixed clear bracket system from Quick Straight Teeth.

QST Fixed Braces – The Results Are Clear!

We ONLY use clear brackets. These have a reliable and proven track record worldwide for their performance and beautiful aesthetics, being nearly invisible once placed in the mouth. We also use bespoke tooth coloured wires, making our braces the most aesthetic compared with any similar systems available. The braces are only used on the front 6 to 8 teeth, to correct mild misalignment.

This treatment works much like removable aligners, but tooth movement is more predictable and more than twice as quick. The braces put gentle pressure on the teeth to level and align the teeth with minimal discomfort.

We do not claim to address major orthodontic issues. These are referred to other orthodontic specialists, and therefore, with good case selection this can be done very quickly, making it more affordable than other orthodontic options.

Standard orthodontic mechanics are still involved in the use of Quick Straight Teeth™, but because it’s just the front teeth, the force required is minimal. The wires exert mild pressure to move the teeth, and this is done without the need for severe tightening which causes the discomfort noted in conventional orthodontic treatments.

What is an Inman Aligner?

The Inman Aligner is a simple removable appliance used to align front teeth quickly and safely. It's ideal as a stand alone treatment or to prealign teeth prior to further cosmetic options such as bonding or minimal veneers.

How does it work?

The Inman Aligner has Nickel Titanium coil springs that power two aligner bows that gently oppose each other, guiding the teeth into their new position. These gentle forces are active over a very large range of movement, which is why the Inman Aligner works so quickly.

The image below shows the squeeze effect of the two aligner bows on the front teeth. The inner bow pushes forwards, while the outer bow pulls back on the front teeth.

How long is the treatment with the Inman Aligner?

Most cases are completed within 6-18 weeks. We will give you a realistic guide of what to expect.

What's involved in Treatment with the Inman Aligner

  • Impressions are needed so that the lab can custom make your Inman Aligner.
  • Initial fitting of the Aligner.
  • Wear the Aligner 16-20 hours a day
  • Regular review appointments every 2-3 weeks.
  • As with other orthodontic treatment, after treatment is completed with the Inman Aligner, retention is recommended for life to prevent relapse. Retention can come in the form of a bonded retainer or a clear removable retainer.
